The vehicle’s battery pack must be in excellent condition to support increased power levels.

Compatibility with future over-the-air (OTA) updates from Tesla is not guaranteed. Features may become limited, inoperable, or disabled without notice.  No refund will be provided.  User assumes all risk.  This is the nature of tuning.  Do not purchase if this is a concern.

Use of this product may affect, limit, or void any vehicle warrantie.. No warranty coverage, express or implied, is provided.

This product is VIN-locked and licensed for use on a single vehicle only.
