The Naked Spicy Tune Kit 🌶️🌶️
The Naked Spicy S/X Plaid Tuner Kit
Turn your S or X Plaid into a monster with up to 10% more power. 🌶️🌶️
The Naked Spicy Tune Kit delivers the power of its big brother, the Very Spicy kit, at a lower price. It includes an advanced power meter and data logger, allowing you to measure your vehicle’s horsepower in both stock and tuned configurations and see the gains for yourself.
The biggest gains come where your rivals least expect them: high-speed acceleration. Above 70 mph, the difference is dramatic, transforming your Plaid into an entirely different machine for roll racing and high-speed pulls.
Benchmark First
Before installing any tune, benchmark your Plaid with a Dragy. Your gains should be measured against your vehicle’s current performance, not against someone else’s car.
Performance varies substantially between Plaids. A high mileage vehicle will not perform like a new one, but it can still see significant improvements. A battery with significant degradation may not be able to support the full power increase, especially during extended pulls. In those cases, the tune will deliver the maximum power your battery can safely provide. The factory BMS is not modified, and all OEM battery protections remain fully intact.
Features
Installation takes about 15 minutes start to finish. Video instructions will be provided at time of purchase.
This is piggyback computer system and NOT a refresh tune. I call it a 'tune' for simplicity. It's a standalone device with its own firmware, software, and app.
No software in the car is modified. Removing the device returns the car to stock in minutes.
You must provide your own 64 bit Windows device for activation, configuration, and software updates.
Or purchase with a preconfigured touch screen tablet. Hard shell case included with purchase of tablet. $100 for scale only and not included.
Power Features

-
Independent power level boost for Plaid, Drag Strip, and Track modes

Power Meter with Advanced Dash and Data Viewer
The included Windows app has an advanced performance dashboard. It captures key metrics such as horsepower, 60 to 130 mph times, and traction control status.
You can log and review advanced vehicle parameters directly on the Windows device or export the data as a CSV file for further analysis. It is a great way to compare stock versus tuned performance or review data after a race to see where the car was limited by traction.
